At Curtis Consulting, I help leaders, educators, and organizations strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and achieve lasting results.

With over 30 years of experience in education, workforce development, and corporate training, I bring a seasoned facilitator’s perspective to every engagement. My focus is on collaborative leadership development, strategic planning, facilitation, team building, mindfulness, and conflict resolution.

Through workshops and facilitation services, I combine proven frameworks with a personalized approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether in person or virtual, I create engaging experiences that lead to clearer communication, stronger relationships, and better outcomes.

Kristen has that rare gift of really being present with whoever she is with and making them feel heard and appreciated. When I was Nursing program director and then academic dean at Santa Fe Community College, I worked with Kristen for 10 years, five of those years working very closely on a large federal grant that focused on accelerating basic academic skills for students to enable completion through in-demand health care career pathways. Kristen was key in obtaining the grant and ensuring positive outcomes for the students. As the project director, her strong skills in collaborative leadership combined with her facilitation skills, kept us on track and inspired everyone involved in the statewide project to keep the students the priority of the project.
